RETURN POLICY

At Hepigenetix, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, you have the option to return the product in accordance with our return policy.

Conditions for return

1. Return deadline
   Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
2. Product status
   • Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.
   • They must be accompanied by the original packaging and all included accessories.
3. Exclusions
   We cannot accept returns of products that show obvious signs of use, damage, or lack of original packaging and accessories.

2. Return address
   Products must be shipped to the following address:
   Oradea, Anatole France Street no. 41
   (entrance from Industriei Street)
3. Transportation costs
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the returned product is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered.

Reimbursement

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the product meets the return conditions:

• The refund will be made within 14 working days through the payment method used for the purchase.
